Key Responsibilities

- Sort incoming and outgoing FMCG products (groceries, cosmetics, packaged food, household items, etc.) as per SKU/category
- Pack products accurately according to order lists, invoices, or dispatch instructions
- Check products for damage, expiry dates, and quality before packing
- Label, seal, and arrange cartons/boxes for dispatch
- Maintain proper stacking and storage of sorted goods
- Count and verify quantities to match order sheets
- Report damaged, expired, or missing stock to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing/sorting area
- Follow safety guidelines while handling packing tools/materials
- Support in loading/unloading of light packages when required
- Maintain daily packing/sorting records (manual or system entry, if applicable)

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 8th/10th pass or equivalent (can be adjusted per company norm)
- Prior experience in packing, sorting, or warehouse work preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Basic understanding of product categories and labels
- Ability to stand for extended periods and do light physical work

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
