Silicon Softech is a growing IT and E-commerce solutions company specializing in Shopify development, digital marketing, marketplace management, and online brand growth. We help businesses scale their online sales across multiple marketplaces.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images for better search visibility.
- Manage inventory and ensure products remain in stock.
- Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch.
- Monitor product performance and sales.
- Handle customer queries, returns, feedback, and reviews.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
- Assist in running Amazon PPC campaigns (training will be provided if required).
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Research competitors and suggest improvements to increase sales.
- Ensure marketplace policies and account health are maintained.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Familiarity with Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel is preferred.




- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Freshers with marketplace internship experience and strong learning ability may also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
- Experience with Amazon PPC.
- Experience with catalog creation and variation listings.
- Basic image editing knowledge (Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify is an added advantage.
