We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and problem-solving Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service, prompt issue resolution, and a seamless overall experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries, requests, and complaints via multiple channels (email, live chat, phone, and social media) in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate, valid, and effective solutions or escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.
- Product & Service Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, policies, and procedures to guide customers accurately.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience,



and a customer-first attitude.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions, support tickets, and feedback into the CRM system in real-time.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring customer pain points and share actionable insights with management to help improve products, services, and internal workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 0 to 3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a robust command of grammar and tone.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and active listening skills
- High school diploma or; Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
