Position: Caretaker
Location: Park Street
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep and smooth functioning of a dedicated residential flat. The candidate will ensure the property remains clean, well-maintained, secure, and operational by coordinating housekeeping, maintenance work, and vendor services while attending to the needs of residents or guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of the dedicated residential flat.
- Coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance issues.
- Supervise service providers and coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and consumables.
- Assist residents or guests with day-to-day requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all household equipment and utilities are functioning properly.
- Report maintenance requirements and property-related issues to management.
- Perform any other caretaker duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Caretaker, House Manager, or in a similar role.




- Experience managing residential properties, villas, apartments, or dedicated flats.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate with vendors.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) is preferred.
- Honest, responsible, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to handle day-to-day operational issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
