Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online business across various marketplaces and our own website. The role involves coordinating order processing, inventory management, customer support, marketplace operations, promotional activities, and ensuring seamless execution of all e-commerce functions. Product listing will constitute approximately 10% of the role, while the remaining 90% will focus on operational excellence and marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & E-commerce Operations

- Manage daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and other online sales channels.
- Monitor order processing, dispatches, returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure smooth marketplace performance by maintaining service levels and operational KPIs.

Inventory & Catalog Management

- Monitor inventory across all online platforms to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
- Coordinate with the inventory and production teams for stock replenishment.
- Update pricing, offers, discounts, and inventory as required.
- Prepare recent product listings, optimize product information, and upload images (approximately 10% of the role).

Customer Service

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and feedback across all e-commerce platforms.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.




- Monitor seller ratings and customer reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

- Track daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze marketplace performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, festive offers, and marketplace events.

Coordination & Compliance

- Act as a bridge between internal departments including production, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and customer support.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with account managers from various marketplaces for issue resolution and business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, preferably in the garment, fashion, textile, or retail industry.
- Experience handling major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
