Duties and ResponsibilitiesVideography

- Capture high-quality photos and videos using smartphones and mobile filming equipment.
- Shoot promotional videos, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, company events, and social media content.
- Set up and operate mobile accessories such as gimbals, tripods, microphones, and portable lighting.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during video production.
- Follow shooting schedules and creative briefs to meet project objectives.
- Travel to different locations as required for video shoots.

Video Editing

- Edit mobile-shot videos using professional mobile or desktop editing applications.
- Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video stabilization.
- Create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp Status, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize videos for different screen sizes and social media formats.
- Review and revise videos based on feedback from the marketing team or management.

Content Creation

- Generate creative ideas for short-form and promotional video content.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Create engaging content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.




- Assist in planning content calendars and campaign shoots.

Asset Management

- Organize and maintain video files, project folders, and media backups.
- Ensure proper storage and management of digital content.
- Maintain smartphones, accessories, and mobile filming equipment in good working condition.

General Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to produce creative visual content.
- Deliver projects within assigned deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure all content follows company branding guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of company projects and media assets.
- Perform any other multimedia-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in mobile video editing apps such as CapCut, VN Editor, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar software.
- Knowledge of smartphone videography techniques, lighting, and audio recording.
- Creative storytelling and content creation skills.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
