We are seeking a skilled and proactive Onsite Tech Support Engineer with strong expertise in Linux systems and Oracle databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system and database issues, and ensuring high availability and performance of mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite technical support for Linux-based servers and Oracle database environments.
- Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot OS, and database-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and perform regular audits.




- Support deployment and configuration of applications in Linux environments.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Linux system administration and Oracle database support.
- Strong knowledge of RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu and shell scripting.
- Experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c, including RMAN, Data Pump, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, etc.).
- Understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
