Job Description – QMS Executive Role Purpose: To support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) by coordinating audits, compliance activities, training, and improvement initiatives in line with organizational and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standard across the organization. Maintain QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records. Coordinate periodic review and updates of QMS policy and objectives. Plan, conduct, and report internal audits for QMS. Coordinate with certification bodies for surveillance and recertification audits. Track non-conformities and ensure timely closure through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in identifying and evaluating risks, opportunities. Support process owners in achieving QMS KPIs related to quality. Drive continual improvement initiatives across departments. Prepare audit reports, compliance reports,



and monthly QMS performance MIS. Support management review meetings with data, trends, and improvement recommendations. Maintain statutory registers and QMS-related records. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science or related field. - 1–2 years of experience in ISO 9001:2015 and knowledge about IATF standard Skills & Competencies: - Positive analytical and problem-solving skills (RCA, CAPA, FMEA and CP preferred). - Documentation and report writing skills. - Effective communication and training skills. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
