About the Role

ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professor – Commerce & Business Analytics to deliver industry-oriented classroom training to undergraduate and postgraduate students at our university alliance campuses in Jamshedpur.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to bridge academic concepts with practical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom sessions using practical, application-based teaching methods.

Teach students in the following subjects:

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Tally Prime with GST

Python for Business Applications

Power BI

Financial Accounting

Cost & Management Accounting

Corporate Accounting

Business Statistics

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Encourage hands-on learning through projects, case studies, and real-world business scenarios.

Maintain classroom discipline and academic records.





Coordinate with university faculty and ICA Edu Skills management for smooth academic delivery.

Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into classroom teaching.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA (Finance/Business Analytics), or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of Commerce, Accounting, Business Analytics, and Data Analysis tools.

Hands-on experience with:

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Tally Prime with GST

Python

Power BI

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.

Prior teaching, corporate training, or industry experience will be preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Classroom management and mentoring skills.

Familiarity with outcome-based education and practical learning methodologies.
