Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining Books of Accounts.

Preparation of Financial Statements.

Day-to-day Accounting Operations.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Management.

Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).

Vendor and Customer Reconciliation.

GST Registration, Amendment, and Cancellation.

Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.

Input Tax Credit (ITC) Reconciliation.

GST Challan Preparation and Tax Payment.

E-Way Bill Generation and Management.

GST Audit Support and Departmental Notices Handling.

Monthly and Annual GST Reconciliations.

TDS Deduction and Accounting.

TDS/TCS Challan Preparation and Tax Payment.

Filing of TDS Returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ).

TDS Reconciliation with Form 26AS and TRACES.





Issuance of TDS Certificates (Form 16 & Form 16A).

Correction Returns and Compliance.

Income Tax Compliance.

ROC (Registrar of Companies) Compliance (if applicable).

Net Banking and RTGS Payment

MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.

Budgeting and Cash Flow Management.

Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports.

Coordination with Auditors for Statutory, Internal, GST, and Tax Audits.

Handling Statutory Notices and Compliance Documentation.

Maintaining Accounting Records and Documentation.

Other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as required by the organization.
