About the Role

Matrix Exports is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support our Export Merchandising, Procurement, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to export documentation, supplier management, government tendering, procurement processes, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Assist in vendor development and supplier communication.
- Support procurement activities and product sourcing.
- Handle GeM portal operations, tender participation, and order processing.
- Assist in preparing export documentation and maintaining shipment records.
- Conduct market research to identify products and suppliers.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers for quotations, order updates, and follow-ups.




- Support government tender documentation and procurement processes.
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and databases.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of procurement, exports, or supply chain is preferred but not mandatory.
