Pre-Production Oversight: Review tech packs, size sets, trim cards, and pre-production samples (PPS) to identify and mitigate risks before bulk production begins.
In-Line & Process Inspection: Monitor fabric/trim inspections and conduct routine checks across cutting, sewing, and finishing stages (using systems like Traffic Light Charts or AQL).
Final Random Inspection (FRI): Supervise final audits on packed garments to ensure they meet exact customer specifications, correct labeling, and acceptable defect limits.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage floor quality inspectors while coordinating with the production and merchandising teams to resolve quality bottlenecks.
Compliance & Reporting: Enforce the buyer's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), generate defect analysis reports, and establish root-cause solutions for any non-conformities.
