Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems.
- Set up user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
- Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
- Perform system updates, patch management, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Support the installation and configuration of current hardware and IT systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Hardware Support, or IT Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote support tools and IT ticketing systems.




- Good understanding of endpoint security, antivirus, backups, and patch management.
- Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Networking or cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
