Job Description:

iSpark Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring enthusiastic and passionate STEM Trainers for a reputed school in Yadgir, Karnataka. We are looking for individuals who can inspire young minds and make Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics concepts fun and engaging for students.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on STEM training sessions to school students as per curriculum
- Plan and conduct interactive activities, experiments, and projects
- Explain robotics, coding, science, or math concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to school coordinators
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum updates
- Handle classroom management effectively within the school environment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science,



Computer Science, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills are welcome)
- Good knowledge of STEM concepts, robotics, or coding (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English/Kannada
- Passion for teaching and working with school children
- Basic computer skills
- Candidates from Yadgir or nearby areas preferred (local candidates encouraged to apply)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
