Job Description – HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, performance management support, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment.

· Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.

· Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding and induction.

· Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS.

· Manage attendance, leave, and personnel files.

· Prepare HR reports and MIS.

· Resolve employee queries and grievances.

· Support engagement initiatives and foster a positive work workplace.

· Assist with appraisals, goal setting, and performance reviews.

· Maintain performance records.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.





· Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

· Maintain HR policies and procedures.

· Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.

· Conduct exit interviews and manage separation formalities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist/HR Executive experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
