Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team in Siliguri. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling customer queries, generating leads, and supporting the team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Schedule appointments or meetings with prospective customers, when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.




- Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Local Language and English.
- Basic knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Siliguri or nearby locations are preferred.
