Position: Customer Support Executive – E-Mail Chat Support (Semi Voice)

Process: Airtel Postpaid Customer Support

Mode: 60% Non-Voice (E-Mail & Chat) | 40% Voice Support

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply

Language: Good English communication is mandatory. Tamil knowledge preferred.

Salary: ₹10,800 – ₹14,000 Take Home (Based on interview performance)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Week Off: Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through E-Mail and Live Chat.
- Handle inbound customer calls when required.
- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Valuable typing speed and computer knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per hour
