Description

We are recruiting a Financial Analyst to support our FP&A; team in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop financial planning and analytical skills while working closely with finance and business stakeholders in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the preparation of monthly management reports, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key business performance metrics.

- Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities by gathering, consolidating, and validating data from stakeholders.

- Maintain and update financial models, planning templates, and reporting trackers.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business and finance decision-making.

- Assist with revenue forecasting, cost analysis, resource utilization reporting, and profitability analysis.

- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across planning and reporting processes.

- Support month-end and year-end reporting activities.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.

- Assist senior FP&A; team members with strategic analysis, business cases, and other ad-hoc financial projects

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A;,



Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, Business Finance, or related finance roles.

- Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, basic Power Query, and financial reporting.

- Experience in IT Services, Technology, Consulting, or professional services organizations is preferred but not essential.

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Eagerness to learn, develop analytical skills, and grow within the FP&A; function.

- Ability to work with financial data and prepare accurate reports
