We are looking for experienced International Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in an international voice process, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary

- Up to ₹37,000 CTC per month

Eligibility

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process

Work Schedule

- Work From Office
- 5-day work week
- Rotational shifts
- 2 rotational week-offs

Interview Process

- Hallo AI Assessment (Minimum Score: C1)
- HR/Operations Interview

Key Requirements

- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Neutral English accent (No MTI)




- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners are preferred

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet quality and productivity targets

Work Location: Smartworks, Marathahalli, Bangalore

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
