Shreepad Construction Company is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, generate quality leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build robust customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective customers using the company's database.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about company projects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/site visits for the Sales Team.
- Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and ongoing offers to potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients until closure or further sales action.
- Update customer information, call status, and follow-up remarks in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer appointments and site visits.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
- Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and performance reports to the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Solid follow-up and relationship management skills.

Working Hours
- 10-6:30
