Job Opening: Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle outbound calls for the FMCG sector process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients.

* ⁠Make feedback calls, Order follow ups and payment chaser calls, etc.

* Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and proper follow-ups.

* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience in telecalling, customer support or telesales.

* ⁠Experience in FMCG sector or hotel management field will be an advantage.

* Computer knowledge and experience in admin tasks.

* Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) and Google Sheets.
