Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation of the Operating Room:

- Set up and prepare the operating room with all necessary surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure that the operating room is sterile and ready for surgical procedures, verifying that all equipment is in working order.

2. Assistance During Surgical Procedures:

- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide prompt assistance.

3. Sterilization and Maintenance:

- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring that all instruments are properly cleaned and ready for use.
- Follow strict protocols for infection control and prevention.

Patient Preparation:

- Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety on the operating table.
- Apply sterile drapes to create a sterile field around the surgical site.

5. Post-Operative Duties:

- Ensure that all surgical equipment is properly cleaned and sterilized after use.
- Assist in monitoring patients' vital signs and care before, during, and after surgery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,364.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
