Ridham Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT Solutions company based in Ahmedabad, serving 250+ business customers across Gujarat and India. We specialize in Apple Enterprise Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Device Management (MDM), Zoho, Adobe, HP, Dell, and Managed IT Services.

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Support Executive (L1 – Apple) to join our growing Apple Support team.

Job Responsibilities

- Configure and set up Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
- Provide Level 1 technical support for iOS and macOS devices.
- Troubleshoot device, application, connectivity, and synchronization issues.
- Enroll and manage devices using MDM solutions such as Jamf, Scalefusion, or SOTI.
- Visit client locations for device deployment, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Guide users on Apple device usage, security, and best practices.
- Maintain support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the L2/Implementation team.
- Maintain accurate device inventory and service records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Apple Device Support.
- Good knowledge of Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac).
- Working knowledge of iOS and macOS.




- Basic understanding of MDM platforms (Jamf, Scalefusion, SOTI, or similar) is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and Gujarat for client support.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Apple Business Manager.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with an IT System Integrator, MSP, Apple Reseller, or Service Partner.

Job Location: Ahmedabad (Office + Client Site Visits)
