We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Associate to support high-volume media buying teams by launching and managing ads across Meta Ads Manager and our in-house tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch large volumes of ads daily with speed and accuracy
- Coordinate with media buyers to execute campaigns
- Use internal tools to streamline ad deployment
- Maintain and track data using Excel
- Ensure campaigns go live without errors
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of digital advertising (Meta preferred)
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable with Excel
- Willingness to work in split shifts
Shift Timings:
7:30 PM - 4:30 AM Working remotely
