Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and promote our jewellery collections and offers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Promote products, offers, and events.
- Update customer records and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily calling targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of Telecalling/Customer Support experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
