Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Executive to join our team. The role involves evaluating loan applications, verifying customer documents, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and validate customer documents for loan processing.
- Conduct credit checks, CIBIL analysis, and background verification.
- Assess applicants’ financial information and repayment capability.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer applications and credit approvals.
- Assist in recovery follow-up when necessary.
- Prepare credit reports and submit them to the Credit Manager/Head for approval.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in credit appraisal/loan processing (preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance companies).
- Strong knowledge of credit policies, loan documentation, and compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
