About the Role

Novami Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and growth-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company growth through strategic outreach and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other business platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and market prospects
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and solution presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with potential clients
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
- Contribute to business growth and revenue generation targets

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services, website development, software solutions, or digital marketing
- Confidence in client interaction and relationship management
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities effectively
