Job Title: Site Engineer

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000

Location: Ghitorni (South Delhi)

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the construction/project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
 Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per project plans.
 Ensure effective client communication and report updates on time.
 Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Project Management Schedules (PMS).
 Conduct initial and joint measurements with clients for planning and billing accuracy.
 Oversee site start procedures, safety protocols, and checklists before execution.  Maintain strict quality checks across finishes, corners, edges, and grooves.
 Handle handover & takeover processes smoothly between supervisors.
 Ensure material accountability and machinery upkeep (daily checks & cleaning).
 Share timely progress updates, photos/videos, and attend weekly review meetings.




 Follow escalation protocol for help tickets and site-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, project tools)

Experience

- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision

Skills & Requirements:
 Strong site supervision and execution management skills.
 Good communication and client-handling ability.
 Knowledge of measurements (SQFT/RFT) and reporting tools.
 Detail-oriented with focus on quality and timelines.  Team management and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
