Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dynamic

In this dual-function role, you will manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative backup, handle current customer inquiries, and support the sales workflow from quotation to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities*

1. Inside Sales & Customer Coordination*

Handle inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Prepare and dispatch formal quotations.

Follow up with clients on quotes, order statuses, and payment collections.

Maintain solid relationships with existing clients.

Skills & Qualifications*

* *Education:* Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.BA, or equivalent preferred)

* *Technical Skills:* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), email etiquette, and exposure to Tally/ERP software is an added advantage.

* *Communication:* Good written and verbal communication in *English, Hindi, and Marathi*.

* *Key Traits:* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, active listening, and a multi-tasking mindset.

* *Location:* Office-based in Pune

* *Working Hours:* Regular business hours 9.30 to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
