About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated MBA graduates to join our team as Business Development Executives – Pharma AI Suite. The role begins with a one-month structured training program, after which candidates will be deployed for business development activities across India.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be willing to travel extensively, possess strong analytical abilities, and be proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's Pharma AI Suite to pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, hospitals, and other potential clients across India.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain client databases, and update CRM records.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Travel across India for client meetings, product demonstrations, conferences, and business engagements as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive and result-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
