Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished AI leader to drive the vision, architecture, and large-scale
implementation of next-generation AI systems across the enterprise. This role demands deep
expertise across both Generative AI and classical machine learning, combined with a proven
ability to personally lead and deliver production-grade AI solutions.
As a senior leader, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and
execution—serving as both a technical authority and a business transformation partner. You will
not only define the AI roadmap but also actively guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and
responsible AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise AI Strategy & Leadership

- Define and lead the organization’s AI vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify high-impact AI opportunities and

investment priorities.

- Drive AI-led digital transformation across business units.
- Stay actively involved in solution design, code reviews, architecture decisions, and

critical problem-solving.
3. Generative AI & Advanced Systems Expertise





- Drive adoption and implementation of cutting-edge AI approaches

- Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI
- Prompt engineering strategies (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, etc.)
- Fine-tuning, alignment, and model optimization techniques
- Design scalable orchestration frameworks using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex,

or similar ecosystems.

- Lead development of agent-based systems, including context management, memory,

and reasoning workflows.

- Agentic AI Strong experience with agent design patterns, orchestration, context

engineering, and memory systems.

- Frameworks & Tooling Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar

orchestration frameworks.
- 20+ years of experience in technology, AI, and data engineering.
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership roles with significant architectural responsibility.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale AI/GenAI solutions into production.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide AI transformations.
- Solid hands-on coding and system design capabilities even at senior leadership level..
