Role: Audit Officer

Location: Mysore, Karnataka.

Requirements:

- Experience of Branch & Field Audit.
- Audit background of financial institutes (NBFC/NBFC-MFI/SFB).
- Willing to travel 3-6 branches

Roles & Responsibilities:

The IAO is responsible for systematically examining all of a branch’s financial transactions to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of accounting records and systems, and to locate and identify discrepancies, if any.

To check the branch’s adherence to personnel management and administrative policies; To check branch compliance with accounting and internal control protocol by:

- Pre & Post Disbursement check.
- OD Collection check by doing member visits and over the phone, on a sample basis.
- Branch discipline.
- Scrutinizing cash handling procedures;
- Confirming a separation of duties such as prohibits opportunities for fraud;
