Job Title: HR Executive
Industry: Automobile Dealership
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years (Automobile / Dealership Experience only)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Technician, CRM, and Back-office roles.
- Coordinate walk-ins, interview scheduling, onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Manage manpower planning, vacancy tracking, and employee documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, HRMS, and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing with the Accounts team.
- Handle employee records, grievances, and HR communications.
- Ensure effective employee-management coordination and workplace discipline.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Maintain statutory registers and support audits and inspections.




- Track employee performance, probation, confirmations, and increments.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and HR administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an automobile dealership.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and Shops & Establishment regulations.
- Experience managing recruitment and HR operations for both blue-collar employees and sales teams.
- Solid interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS applications, and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
