About the Role

Style Perfect Interiors is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, and material selections.
- Create accurate 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
- Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and supervise project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and resolve site-related design issues.
- Mentor junior designers and interns while maintaining design quality across projects.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.





Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial interior design.
- Strong understanding of space planning and ergonomics.
- Expertise in preparing detailed working drawings.
- Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and modular systems.
- Strong project coordination and site management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Enscape
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Photoshop (Preferred)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Experience in turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage.
