About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video/AI Editor who can design engaging visuals, edit high-quality videos, and leverage AI tools to create content efficiently. The role involves managing end-to-end visual content, including social media creatives, branding materials, reels, promotional videos, and AI-generated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design social media posts, carousels, and story creatives.
- Create ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and YouTube.
- Develop logos, brand identity assets, presentations, and infographics.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines across projects.

Video Editing

- Edit videos from raw footage to final delivery.
- Create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Produce short-form and long-form video content.
- Design thumbnails, perform basic color grading, and audio mixing.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips.

AI Video Creation

- Generate AI-powered videos using tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, or HeyGen.
- Create AI avatars and talking-head videos.
- Combine AI-generated footage with traditional video editing.
- Stay updated with the latest AI content creation tools and trends.





Required Skills

- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Canva Pro
- Hands-on experience with at least two AI video tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and motion graphics
- Experience creating content in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:5)
- Minimum 2 years of qualified experience in graphic design and/or video editing

Preferred Skills

- Adobe InDesign
- AI image tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
- AI audio tools (ElevenLabs, Suno)
- Familiarity with Opus Clip, Descript, or Castmagic
- Basic understanding of SEO-driven video content
- UI/UX design knowledge

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
