Job Description:
Shaping Careers Education Society is looking for an experienced Skill Coordinator to manage Government Skill Development Projects. The candidate should have experience in handling skill training operations, coordination with Government departments, training centers, trainers, candidates, assessments, documentation, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor Government Skill Development Projects.
- Liaise with Government departments, Sector Skill Councils, and training partners.
- Manage batch planning, mobilization, admissions, assessments, and placements.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with trainers, assessors, and field teams.
- Ensure timely reporting, invoicing, and project deliverables.




- Handle portal-related work and project monitoring.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Post Graduate (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Skill Development Projects (NSDC/PSDM/HSDM/PMKVY or similar Government schemes).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Salary: Best in the industry (Negotiable based on experience).
