Role Summary

We are seeking a Primary Language Facilitator to teach Hindi / Telugu / French, enabling students to build strong communication, cultural appreciation, and literacy skills in an additional language

Qualifications & Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Languages / Literature / Education (Master’s preferred).

● Recognized teaching certification.

● Minimum 3 years’ experience in language teaching at Primary or international schools.

● Robust knowledge of language pedagogy and phonics/grammar strategies.

● Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, language apps).

● Excellent command of English (and the subject language).

● Strong collaboration, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

● Must be open to learning and embrace continuous professional development.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning

● Deliver engaging lessons in Hindi / Telugu / French aligned with Cambridge expectations.





● Build proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

2. Student Development- Promote cultural understanding and multilingualism.

● Encourage creativity through stories, plays, and activities.

3. School Engagement

● Participate in school cultural celebrations, literary activities, and exhibitions.

4. Professional Development

● Commit to Cambridge PD programs and language-focused workshops.

5. Collaboration & Communication

● Work collaboratively with teachers and parents.

● Maintain communication about student progress.

6. Commitment & Professional Expectations

● Facilitators are expected to commit to a minimum of two years with the school to ensure stability and continuity for our learners. They should also be prepared to take on academic responsibilities and roles assigned by the management, embracing challenges with flexibility and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Timings are 7:55 AM to 2:30 PM (6 days working with 2nd sat holiday) and 2 stay backs in a week till 4.00 pm. Are you comfortable with this working structure?
