Qualification: 12 th (Higher Secondary) pass or a Diploma in any area
Job Role:
- - Site Execution & Supervision: Coordinate with the Sr. Engineer and contractors for execution, ensure site requirements (water, electricity, materials), monitor work quality, and prevent material wastage.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on work progress, material consumption, wastage, waterproofing, electrical, and plumbing activities, along with maintaining relevant registers.
- Quality Inspection: Supervise work quality as per company standards, maintain instruction registers, and strictly adhere to defined quality parameters.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety rules, ensure workers use safety equipment, and report violations to the Sr. Engineer, Safety Officer, or PM.
- Labor & Manpower Management: Raise manpower requirements, monitor contractor workforce sufficiency, allocate daily tasks, and maintain qualified relations with all agencies.
- Internal Coordination & ERP Management: Liaise with stores and contractors for smooth operations, update ERP system with material issuance, bill abstracts, and service indents.
