Growth and Marketing Associate — BetterLearning.ai (Bhubaneswar, Odisha)

BetterLearning.ai, an AI-powered academic platform connecting students, teachers, parents and schools, is hiring a proactive Growth and Marketing Associate. You'll generate leads, pitch our platform to schools and institutes, build client relationships, and support marketing campaigns to drive growth across Odisha and neighbouring states.

What you'll do: Lead generation via calls/emails/visits, client relationship management, campaign coordination, and representing us at school meetings and events.

What we need: Solid communication and negotiation skills, working knowledge of CRM/WhatsApp Business/email campaigns/Meta Ads, and 1-2 years of marketing experience. Any graduation background welcome (Marketing preferred).

What we offer: ₹2.2–3.6 LPA + performance-based growth, direct mentorship from founders, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
