Key Responsibilities

- Performance Ads: Run and optimize high-intent lead campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- AI Integration: Use AI tools for automated ad copy, visual creation, video workflows, and lead nurturing.
- Creative Strategy: Lead social media branding, property walkthrough videos, storytelling, and ad copy design.
- Tech & Market Innovation: Adopt new digital trends and ad algorithms to keep RBA Realtors ahead of competitors.
- Funnel & ROI Tracking: Monitor CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates to lower acquisition costs and maximize returns.
- Sales Alignment: Work with the sales team to improve lead quality, follow-up collateral, and deal closures.

Requirement & Qualification

- Experience: 5+ years in digital/performance marketing (Real estate,



high-value retail, or agency background preferred).
- AI & Tech Skills: Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, AI video editing, automation) to speed up workflows.
- Ad Platform Mastery: Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/PPC, retargeting, and GA4 analytics.
- Creative Vision: Ability to build bold creative concepts that turn into high-converting campaigns.
- Data-Driven: Skilled at reading ad metrics, optimizing landing pages, and refining target audiences.
- Communication: Strong storytelling, copywriting, and pitch skills.
