Sri Meenakshi Metals is looking for a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator with experience in sheet metal bending.

The ideal candidate should be able to set up and operate CNC press brake machines, select the correct tools, produce accurate bends as per drawings, and maintain consistent product quality.

Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Press Brake machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up punches, dies, and machine parameters for different jobs.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform accurate bending as per drawing dimensions and angles.
- Check dimensions and bending angles using measuring instruments.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve the required accuracy.
- Follow the correct bending sequence to avoid defects.
- Minimize rejection and material damage.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic daily maintenance.




- Report machine problems or quality issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC Press Brake machines.
- Experience with Delem, Cybelec, ESA, or SKY machine controllers is preferred.
- Good knowledge of sheet metal bending processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with punches, dies, tooling selection, and bending calculations.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, steel rules, angle gauges, and protractors.
- ITI / Diploma / BE Mechanical (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
