Job Overview:





Lubi Electronics is seeking a agile and experienced Field Application Engineer to support and lead PLC-based machine system integration projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, effective coordination with sales and engineering teams, and excellent customer interaction skills.

Education Required:

- B.E. or ITI in EC / IC / EE / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing company products and handling sales and service-related technical requests.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in installed automation systems and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and product managers to understand application requirements and system operations.
- Visit customer sites and potential clients as required.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Support customers to maximize the value of products already implemented.
- Manage all technical aspects of customer queries and provide prompt solutions.
- Provide accurate technical information related to products, services, and equipment.

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Hands-on experience in Installation, Commissioning & Programming of automation products such as Servo Drives, BLDC, Gear Motors, Linear Motors, Drives, PLC, HMI, Sensors, and allied products.
- Ability to lead and guide junior engineers, including mentoring and performance support.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills, including presentations and issue escalation management.
- Effective project management, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Valuable interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
