Job Title: Growth & Customer Success Associate

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused candidate who can take ownership of a combined customer relationship and success role. This position involves managing travel agent relationships, ensuring consistent platform usage, and driving key activation actions such as voucher creation, voucher sharing, and traveller app downloads.

The ideal candidate is proactive, strong in communication, and persistent with follow-ups, with a natural ability to build relationships and influence user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with travel agents onboarded on the Trrip platform
- Engage with agents regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Ensure agents remain active and consistently use the platform
- Drive agent activation by encouraging:
- Voucher creation
- Voucher sharing with travellers
- Traveller app downloads
- Send regular reminders, nudges, and follow-ups to maintain engagement
- Identify inactive agents and execute reactivation strategies
- Understand agent pain points and coordinate with internal teams to enhance user experience




- Track agent activity and maintain structured follow-up records
- Educate agents on product value and best practices for effective usage
- Increase overall engagement and usage across the agent base through structured communication
- Support post-onboarding success, retention, and long-term relationship building

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up and execution ability
- Relationship-building mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to influence and drive user actions
- Organized and detail-oriented with tracking and reporting skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and calling as primary engagement channels
- Prior experience in customer success, relationship management, sales, or similar roles is preferred
