Automation Test Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Lead with a strong background in IT and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in software testing, team management, and banking domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage automation testing teams (1+ year leadership experience)
- Oversee test planning, data management, defect reporting/resolution, test design, and development
- Ensure adherence to the software testing lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand application requirements and business areas
- Provide functional expertise in Banking domain (Payment or Non-Payment)
- Utilize testing tools such as QC, JIRA, and test management systems
- Apply knowledge of automation tools including xFramework, Selenium, TOSCA, and AS400 testing tools
- Work with AS400 and HUB Screens

Qualifications





- 6+ years of IT experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role
- Robust knowledge of software testing lifecycle and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with AS400 and HUB Screens
- Familiarity with relevant technology domains
- Graduation is a must

Preferred Skills

- Expertise in automation testing tools (xFramework, Selenium, TOSCA, AS400)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
