We are looking for a passionate, patient, and creative **Mother Teacher** who can create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should nurture children's academic, emotional, social, and moral development while making learning meaningful and enjoyable.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Teach all primary subjects according to the CBSE curriculum.

* Plan and deliver interactive, activity-based lessons.

* Create a warm, caring, and child-friendly classroom environment.

* Encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, and good values in every child.

* Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely support.

* Assess students through classwork, projects, activities, and regular observations.

* Maintain attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, and student portfolios.

* Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.

* Organize classroom activities, celebrations, assemblies, and educational events.

* Ensure classroom discipline through positive guidance and encouragement.





* Use digital teaching tools and creative methods to make learning interesting.

* Promote teamwork, respect, responsibility, and inclusive learning.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Love for working with young children.

* Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.

* Creativity in lesson planning and activity-based teaching.

### **Qualifications**

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

* D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed./B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).

* CTET qualification will be preferred.

* Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is an advantage.
