We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T;) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan project communications – meetings, email etc. Facilitate key stakeholder updates. Create Minutes of Meetings.
- Create and maintain project management documents based on set templates according to ISO / AS9100 standards.
- Collaborate with the Systems Engineering(SE) Team to monitor and assess the technical progress of the project.
- Track project health and schedule as laid down in the WBS plans via task management / collaborative task management tools.
- Monitor KPIs / milestones laid down for the project. Generate a report for PM to review. Capture and share lessons learned through the execution of the project. Manage knowledge sharing between all stakeholders.
- Identify, report, and monitor project risks. Collaborate with Systems Engineering(SE)
Team to assess technical risks.
- Work closely with the SCM and the finance teams to facilitate the procurement pertaining to the project. Monitor project expenditures and overall budget. Provide periodic updates via reports / dashboards.
- Conduct market surveys, gather information supporting submissions of EOI / RFP / RFQ and other bids and proposals.
- Creation of project status summary, project briefs, executive summaries etc. to facilitate management decisions.
Must have skills:

Prior experience of working in the UAV industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in driving project planning and control roles.
- Has working knowledge of PM tools like Microsoft Project / Wrike / ClickUp / Jira / SAP etc along with resource loading and critical path analysis.
- Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
- Self driven and accountable for the delivery of work.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assimilate information and create concise summaries and reports.
