As a Zabbix and SolarWinds Level 3 Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing expert support for the configuration and management of Zabbix and SolarWinds. You will lead efforts to ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and management of network devices and servers, as well as provide guidance to junior administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Design:

- nbsp; Develop and implement a strategic vision for Zabbix and SolarWinds that aligns with the organization s goals and objectives.
- nbsp; Lead the design and optimization of Zabbix and SolarWinds infrastructure, including advanced monitoring templates, devices, and alerting rules.

2. User Support and Training:

- nbsp; Provide expert support for end-users of Zabbix and SolarWinds, addressing complex issues related to monitoring, alerting, and system performance.
- nbsp; Offer training and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 administrators and end-users.

3. Advanced Monitoring and Alerting:





- nbsp; Oversee the monitoring of network devices, servers, and applications using Zabbix and SolarWinds.
- nbsp; Implement and manage advanced alerting policies, escalation procedures, and incident response plans.

4. Security and Compliance:

- nbsp; Ensure that Zabbix and SolarWinds configurations adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance.
- nbsp; Monitor and address vulnerabilities to reduce security risks.

5. Advanced Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

- nbsp; Provide Level 3 support for complex Zabbix and SolarWinds-related issues, incidents, and user problems.
- nbsp; Conduct root cause analysis for challenging technical problems and implement expert solutions.

6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

- nbsp; Maintain comprehensive documentation of Zabbix and SolarWinds configurations, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting procedures.
- nbsp; Collaborate with senior administrators to create and update knowledge base articles.

7.Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.
8.Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
