Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our Solar and Online UPS solutions, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's Solar and Online UPS products and services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Follow up with customers to understand their requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or company database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Solar Energy Systems and Online UPS products is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
