Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor
Work Location: Dehradun
Reporting To: Site Engineer / Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site
- (Excavation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, finishing works, etc.)
- Manage and control labour, masons, and contractors on site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Check quality and quantity of materials like cement, steel, bricks, sand, aggregate, etc.
- Maintain records of material receipt, consumption, and wastage
- Ensure site safety rules are followed by all workers
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and contractors
- Report any site issues, delays, or deviations to seniors immediately




- Take measurements and assist in billing and measurement book (MB)

- Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
- 2–5 years of experience in civil site supervision (Freshers with site exposure may also apply)

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of site execution and construction practices
- Labour handling and coordination skills
- Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
- Positive communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
