Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the recruitment process for technical positions.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition




- Extensive experience in US IT hiring and sourcing
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Solid stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Experience working with job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
